No, the games are separate.

However, some games have upgrade deals, for instance Destiny, where if you buy the 360 version you can *also* download the One version at no extra cost. However, these are special deals and not the norm.

Last year, there was a limited-time deal that if you bought CoD Ghosts on 360 you could upgrade to the One for $10 (this deal expired 31st March this year). It very much depends on the game.

I have requested a refund a for Fallout 76 through the process that was suggested to you. My request was declined without any information. I will escalate this issue, the law is on my side. If you have thr same issues please do not give up.

Thanks for responding and letting us know you've requested a refund, it was reviewed and it was denied. Best track to take is to respond directly by replying to the email you received containing the denial to ask them for another review and state your case.
It can sometimes take them about 24 hours to respond, but you should have another communication from them within 48 hours.

I should have specify that this is what I did but it was denied, I wanted to know why that was the case since it didn't really tell me why. Oh it was also a digital game.
