Estou com problemas em instalar um jogo, mas não sei como resolver, acredito que exista uma solução relativamente simples, mas não quero arriscar ainda mais. Há
um tempo atrás que tentei desinstalar um aplicativo, mas o mesmo já havia sumido e não entendi oque exatamente tinha ocorrido. E então, após algum tempo, decidi instalar esse aplicativo, mas sempre após o download estar quase pronto, aparece a seguinte mensagem:
"Selecione Tentar novamente para fechar e atualizar o aplicativo'-O aplicativo não aparece no Menu Iniciar, na Área de Trabalho e nem na Barra de Tarefas-'Não é possível atualizar o aplicativo enquanto ele estiver aberto"

Eu já procurei esse mesmo aplicativo no Gerenciador de Arquivos, mas não o encontrei e estou apavorado em saber que o único aplicativo que eu quero usar, não esteja nem sequer instalando. Então, por favor me ajude pois não quero desistir
dele(o aplicativo era pago).
