Grand Theft Auto 5 only available at 50% off for a few members. Xbox Promotions Team please ...

I have been jumping through hoops to figure out why I could not purchase GTA 5 at 50% off. Many of my friends have been able to purchase the game for only $30.00. I chatted with an ambassador volunteer of the community (not an employee) who accused me of
lying for a discount. I then called xbox support who kindly considered my story, but then said that GTA 5 is not on sale and that no one should be able to purchase the game at 50% off. Then i proceeded to calling again, a nice woman answered and believed me
and said GTA is on sale. After almost two hours of trouble shooting she could not determine why i could not view the sale. Then i began to chat with an xbox representative who was also nice and treated me well however after sending photographic proof of my
friends being able to purchase GTA 5, i was told that the game is only available to random accounts through the xbox promotions team. So after hours, I can still not purchase the game at 50% off. Why is the discount only available to select accounts and would
it be possible to make the discount available to everyone?

You need to delete your marketplace cache and clear system cache

 

Please do not say that I am viewing old prices, The discount is there and available but only to random accounts. Im not sure why
