Grand Theft Auto 5 listed 50% off for some members

I've had friends telling me all day that GTA 5 was on sale for 50% off. I would like to purchase this game, however this sale is not available to me through my Xbox One dashboard like is was for my friends. Is there an issue with the service that pushes
these sales to consoles? There's even another forum reporting this sale as still active at GTA 5 is half off. - Xbox One Message Board for Xbox One - GameFAQs. If at all possible,
can I still take advantage of this deal?

You need to delete your marketplace cache and clear system cache

 

I just talked to xbox support and sent them emails with my friends rexoepts of the same deal and they told me to come here and they didn't help me at all. Good luck with this and if you get them to give you the deal please let me know how!
