Grand theft auto 5 install pack problems

Hello everyone, I would like to point out this is my first time writing a post.

I purchased gta5 for Xbox 360, the game starts normally. But when it comes to Download the install packs, it will ALWAYS download 2. No more, no less

I have tried a lot of things, such as:

Delete game, delete install packs, clear cashe, turn off Xbox and unplug the power cord and stuff. I was hoping someone had a similar problem and would share the fixing method with me.

Yes it is. What you would need to do is turn on Background Downloads. On the console go to System>Settings>Console Settings>Startup and Shutdown>Background Download and select Enable. Then when you turn off the console the downloads will continue until
complete.

The market place is down at the moment once that issue has been resolved you should have no issues anymore unfortunaly being on IE on xbox I can' t paste a link to the live status page but it can be found under support section on this web site you will
