    Already tried downloading from both my xbox console an on my computer by accessing the xbox website still no success.as mentioned i had no trouble downloading the free dlc Dead Rising 2, but when i try to buy/download the zero case dlc it wont allow me keeps
    on giving me that error message. I click on ok to confirm purchase when on computer an it gives me message that it cant be completed. When i try purchasing it from the xbox it gives me a error message that the file am trying to download is corrupted or cant
    be recognized...something like that i get. First time i am having trouble with dlc all the other free games for gold had ABSOLUTELY no problem downloading why now??

    it's not error its requirement, you need DirectX 12 supported GPU to run this game.

    Even you update your GPU its not gonna work until Sony give us update for game to play on old GPU or someone find solution to play on DirectX 11 supported GPU (like they did on Cyberpunk 2077, Death Straining, Elden Ring).
