GOW4 Ultimate edition Still no pre order codes!!!!!!

Ok lets start at the beginning.

October 5th 2016

I decide to spend £79.99 on the Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition after reading in the description I would also recievw GOW1, GOW2 & GOW3 Xbox 360 Versions, playable via backwards compatibility on xone.

October 14th 2016 (9 days after purchase)

I contact Xbox Support as I still hadn't received my codes and explained the issue to them. They comfirmed what I already knew, that I owned the game and should receive the codes. Unfortunatly, what wasn't in the description was that the codes would be sent
out 7-10 days after I pre0-ordered the game meaning I should have the codes by October 15th 2016. so I ended the chat and gave it a few more days.

October 17th 2016 (Today & 12 days after my pre-order was made)

I again having no codes contact xbox support they again comfirm I owned the game but this time said I should come here and post so that the moderator could look into it and give me the codes. I asked why they (Support person) couldn't give me the codes and
they basically said they were unable to.

So here I am still waiting, now even longer for womthing my friends have all got several days ago even though we ordered around the same time i'm left with no codes.

So the outcome is this...

1. Codes are sent and everything is fine.

2. A full refund will be demanded if the codes are not sent.

3. legal action will be taken against Microsoft for failing to deliver on said product and all contents included in said product, if I receive no codes and they refuse refunding my account.

Lets hope this time its wuick and easy and I get the codes I paid for soon.

Halo Wars DE code has not arrived not yet

I Pre-Order the Ultimate Edition December 2 and still get no Code

 

Share 1 DLC on 2 consoles with 2 copies of game

I am not looking to do anything illegal, just inquiring as to whether it can be done, and done legally. My wife and I each have an xb1 and I am going to pre-order gow4 for each of us. If I get 1 ultimate edition (gamestop) and 1 regular edition (best buy)
will we be able to share all feature of ultimate edition and pre-order bonuses?
