    I purchased the Gears of war ulitmate edition and on the 20/11/2015 and i am trying to redeem my codes. When i enter them in they say they have already been claimed.

    GoW Code can not be redeemed

    Hello,

    i have received the codes for GoW 1-3 + Judgement for Xbox 360 as part of the Gow: Ultimate Edition for Xbox One.

    The Code für GoW 2+Judgement works fine.

    But the Code for GoW 1 + GoW 3 cannot redeemed. Please help me.

    Hello, I bought the gears of war 4 ultimate edition and haven't received any codes including the first 4 games or codes for dlc characters for gow ultimate edition or gow 4.

    If the codes have been redeemed by you, the games should be in your "Ready to Install" list. If they have been redeemed by someone else, we are unfortunately unable to assist as we have no way of replacing codes. To prevent any confusion going forward, it's
    recommended that you redeem your codes on the correct account when they are received.

    BTW, support actually wanted me to now go buy GOW 4 Ultimate Edition to get the codes I was supposed to get with GOW Ultimate 2015. What then, wait 10 more months and then buy GOW 5?

    Xbox One Black Friday bundle

    There should have been a pamphlet with GOW on the cover. On the back you'll need to scratch off the code for the GOW Ultimate Edition version. Input that code in the Xbox store and it'll download.
