GOW Ultimate Edition + 4 past 360 games for Xbox One

Support told me to post on this forum.

I bought the Xbox One Gears of War Ultimate Edition back in early December. Installed it and downloaded the firmware updates, etc. I really started to get into it this game this week, when I realized that the large download after I install the game was
only a day one patch/firmware, not all the other games. So I tried downloading the other games from the store but it wants me to buy them.

I haven't received my codes for GOW 1,2,3 and Judgment

I bought a 2TB GOW edition xbox one console. I downloaded the digital version of GOW 4 Ultimate edition that came with it. I've yet to receive codes for the older GOW games.

Hello, I bought the gears of war 4 ultimate edition and haven't received any codes including the first 4 games or codes for dlc characters for gow ultimate edition or gow 4.

Ya if you read the promotion you had to play the game before the end of last year

You can only buy the extra games

 

That would be correct since you didn't play the game before the qualifying period finished you don't qualify for the games

It was a limited time promotion

Unless the game says collection they never include it on disk

However it was a promotion that was region and time restricted

 

Due to the laws in some countries they couldn't include it in the disks

 

But I did play and install the game in December.

 

Updates?

I played this game in December, installed updates/firmware's in December too.
