    I preordered the Xbox one S to gears of war edition and it was promised to come with the previous gears of war games. I have done some research and people say you guys send the players the codes for the gears 1,2,3 and vengeance day. But til this day I have
    not received my codes I wanted to know when am I going to receive them? My gamer tag is

    Yep! They promised they would fix the glitch from GoW 2 and they just made another with GoW 3.

    Its not when you bought the console but when you redeemed the code and downloaded it

    The earliest you could redeem and play it is Oct 7th

    it also should be noted that there can be a backlog at anytime delaying the delivery dry off the codes

    Today is November 8th and I did redeem the gears 4 code on October 7th so technically a month and 1 day with no codes. I purchased the gears 4 console which gives the players access to the game 3 days before the official release which was on 7th pretty sure.
    Why should it take so long? it should usually come within the box or 1,2 weeks after the game release max. This is getting ridiculous. I will be 100 years old and still be waiting for these codes by the looks of this. I have contacted Xbox live support and
    they sent me here to make a thread and they said you guys will look into it and send me the codes. How hard can it be unlocking content for an xbox user from your system?
