    Gotta Get em all - 5000 points for each comic movie I have, yet I'm not getting credit for all!


    It doesn't seem to be giving me credit for all my films I've purchased through the xbox on the Gotta Get Em All rewards program.

    5000 a pop and I'm not getting credit for a few of them.

    From our FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed every chapter in the Rewards Story, your 15,000 Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Those Credits are now pending in your account. All information requires up to 96 hours to be processed, which is why your December survey Credits are now pending.

    For Gotta Get 'Em All, bundles/collections are not eligible for the offer. Since your purchase was a collection of movies and not each separate movie, it was not eligible for that offer.

    Did not get credits after purchaseslik

    I did not get my 30k credits from the gotta get em all mission which was from nov18 to Dec 18. I bought all the x-men movies in a bundle in between those dates and didn't receive the credits.6 movies 5k credits per movie. If it's because I bought the bundle
    it didn't say anything about not buying a bundle and the bundle for 49.99 was offered to me after I clicked on one of the movie selection in that mission. Can you help me out?

    We are currently investigating the display of your previous purchases. However, there should be no affect on gaining Credits for your new purchases. Apologies for the confusion.

    Hi KMKing. To qualify, you had to purchase each movie individually as pictured on the offer page. Also, the FAQ stated that bundles do not qualify.

    Fact is the games are competing. That its a competition means someone has to win and someone has to lose. If they werent competeing they'd all win.

    Now I do understand why these games would all come out at christmas but this sort of thing is easily solved by the concept of... A SECOND MARKETING CAMPAIGN

    Advertise a game for a release in say march then remarket it again for the christmas period. The kids that dont have the games by then would get them as christmas presents and Im willing to bet that this would actually improve sales across the board, not
    JUST at christmas.

    SMH Im giving marketing strategies away, I must be some sort of smart fool.

    First I'd like to say "self mutilation" is completely different than this.

    I can see your point, but it does make sense to release them just before Chreistmas. I mean, you and I might buy them regardless of when they come out, but little kids or 18 to 25 year olds that live at home might not be able to afford them so they get tham
    as Christmas presents. Anyway, looking at the sales figures of MW3 and BF3 I don't think they hurt themselves.
