Got Xbox One X and have 30 fps cap

I payed a premium $500 price for my Xbox One X just to find out that on most games I play I have a parity. Are they going to let my console be useless. I should be getting my money's worth. I payed this money to have better graphics and frames yet I'm locked
out of it. And I almost only play multi-player. So please tell me what the point to of me getting an Xbox One X to play PUBG, Destiny 2, and all these other multi-player games if it can't go all out.

No offence dufful but the 30 fps cap on both was probably so they didn't have to optimise, the graphics are atrocious so there not holding either console back.

Yes but Destiny 2 is another example 30 fps whatever the platforms and resolutions (except on PC).

....

So far, i guess it will be similar to what we got on Xbox one.

Xbox one can do native 1080p at 60 fps (or 30 fps) but only on few games.

....

But my question (if devs got total freedom) is more about things like gameplay,content,AI,ect... and not only resolution/frame rates.

The game is capped at 30 frames so youre not going to see a massive frame difference between the vanilla One and the X (like 30-60 fps) but the X holds it at 30 where the older console varies. You’ll get a full 1080p image on the X as well as faster loading
times.

This game sadly is 30 fps - there is no 60 fps mode. The One S and original Xbox One run at full 1080P, while the One X supports 4K, but like I said, only at 30 fps.

The PS4 and Pro are also 30 fps. Only the PC version supports 60 fps.

That almost seems weirder than having it capped to 30 fps. Glad I'm not the only one having trouble with this I guess!
