    ok i Purchase the Pixels Movie on 10/7/2015 and it came with the game Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions Evolved. i got the code today but was given the Wrong version of the game it gave me the xbox 360 game and not the Xbox One which it should have given me. i
    found this out after looking in the Ready to install list and not seeing it listed so i check purchase History and found it listed for the xbox 360 and not the xbox one as it should of been i so need to talk to who ever can fix this so i can get the right
    version og the game as it is not backwards playable

    If it was fully cancelled, you'd want to contact support to see if there is anything they can do.

    If it was set to run out at the end of September and you had just turned off auto-renewal then the code you entered would have just been added onto what you still had and converted to Ultimate. When you redeemed the code it would have had a message warning
    you of this before completing the transaction. There would be no way to revert it in that case.

    All my subscriptions were cancelled. The ultimate game pass as well. It would have ended somewhere around late September. But even if it wasn't cancelled, how am I supposed to know? It's not on the card I purchased, and I didn't get any notice when I redeemed
