Got trolled super hard in R6

Yesterday, I was in a ranked match in R6. We start off in a defense round, I grab armor and reinforce some walls, and then Rook team kills me. They kept doing this until we were up 3 - 0. Then, out of nowhere, they surrender on the last round, giving the
other team a free win. I messaged one of the people that team killed me asking why he did this and what the problem is with him. His friend then messages me saying: "Chat ban is heading your way". At this point I then realized that they all reported me and
now I have a communications ban for a week because of someone else's actions. I was a victim in this case. I have tried to apply for a case review but I can't seem to figure out how that works either. I'm honestly confused and angered that they were the ones
that didn't get a ban. Can a Microsoft official help me with this ban and potentially lifting it? I have some evidence that may sway your opinion...

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6 Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the
last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

Unfortunately if you used profanity or offensive words towards them the suspension will most likely stand even with a case review.

Xbox enforcement does not accept outside evidence, as it can be edited, and only accepts information gathered by their systems.

As for the teamkilling and surrendering, that does not break the code of conduct (although it is poor behavior) but you can submit a review on them for unsportsmanlike conduct.

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions, so you will need to wait for their response from your case review. If the other player did something to violate the code of conduct and you reported them as well, the enforcement team will alsp
investigate them and take appropriate action.

The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct, not just because someone files a lot of reports.

 

If you caught a com ban you probably used restricted language, just mute/report/block and don't retaliate.

Go to the enforcement website apply for a case review and descripe everything in great detail maybe the enforcement team will remove your enforcement

 

The only swear I used was [Mod Removed- Profanity], although this ban seems a bit harsh just for that

 

Profanity is still a violation of the code of conduct so that is most likely what your suspension is for.
