I play game cs2 on the faceit ac but my game is crashing.

I try to .

1.format my pc and re-install window already but did not work

2.I disable the my av(Trend micro) but my game still crash

3.run program with administrator but still crash

P.S. I play cs2 its not crashing but after open faceit ac is crashing

Would you please try to find an error log on Windows Event Viewer for me?

Click on Start

Search for Event Viewer and open it

Click on Windows Logs

Search in both Application and System for any error log that may have been generated with this crash

Search for example for the game executable file error log (like ForzaHorizon.exe, Back4Blood.exe, Halo.exe, etc..)

If you can find a error log on Event Viewer it can help for sure to know the exact cause of these crashes.

Press Windows + S to launch the Search menu, enter Event Viewer in the text field at the top, and click on the relevant search result.

Launch Event Viewer to check Windows 11 error logs

Double-click on Windows Logs in the navigation panel on the left.

You will now find the five different categories. Select any of these, and all the error logs under it will be listed on the right.

Now, click on any of the error logs to view all the relevant information about them

Would you please try to see on the Windows event viewer if there is any error message for the game crash?

Go to Start > Search for event viewer and click on it.

Search for anything related to the game on Windows logs > Application and also on System.

If you find any error log about the game, please send me so I can take a look at it.
