Got suspended unjustly for 28 hours, wont let me appeal

The only people that handle suspensions are the Xbox enforcement team.

They do not follow these forums.

The only way to contact them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com and the case review process.

Since it seems like you feel that you were suspended unjustly this would be the way to appeal your case to them and they would then reinvestigate the report that got your account suspended and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

Ive had issues with reporting people as well, and also everytime i put in a massive and compelling appeal it gets denied. The major thing for me is the fact that i just got a suspension and they wont let me access the system to view and appeal my suspension

I have a suspension that is 28 hours and I don't have the option for an appeal, I also have no clue why I have received this suspension, I've tried to get in contact with xbox support but they keep sending me to the virtual agent instead of actually letting me explain myself to real Xbox employee.

you would be best not replying to a player with any form of swearing, Also looting and
[Mod Removed – Profanity] someone on a game in most cases would not be an action that can get a player banned, Some games even list
[Mod Removed – Profanity] as fair play and not a bannable offence (dead by daylight developers)

You could always if you have a recording of the player team killing, contact the games developer on their forums to see if they can take action as a few games developers will take action against team killers (war gaming for world of tanks do with video evidence)

If you think someone has broken the service rules just report and block that person to prevent harassment. Retaliating is subject to enforcement acts.

That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues
