Got suspended for an Undisclosed reason for 24 hours

So after paying for a Live gold account and Xbox one a game ea access I got suspended for an undisclosed reasons to my knowledge and research I have done nothing wrong when I called and spoke to someone at Xbox live they explained to me that they could
not provide why I was suspended but that they could tell me I was suspended for a duration of 24 hours. I also explained that if it was more than 24 hours I would be provided with an explanation of a case review on why I was suspended but since there is no
suspension for more than 24 hours I will never know why I’m suspended after All of this money for this product and it’s subscriptions I am flabbergasted and livid that I am not provided with a reason for being suspended as far as I know I have done nothing
wrong but want to know what Xbox Enforcement team believes that I did wrong just for the simple reason to know what it was so that I won’t do it again because I do not like paying for a subscription that I get suspended on. I was told this is the only way
and I should just hope that someone reads this and provide me an answer. This is ridiculous to have to pay all this money and get suspended and not know why. So like the Xbox live representative told me I am asking on this site and hoping someone or something
can answer me? Ridiculous method of communication!

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this situation. You must go to through the Enforcement website to
resolve this. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website, in this case since it's a 24 hour suspension you will not be able to submit a case review. Side
note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code
of Conduct only.)

Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
thread as that would violate the Xbox Forum Guidelines).

If you believe your account has be hacked you need to change your password to your account right away. Next contact xbox support by phone US/CAN: 1-800-4MY-XBOX, and have them open an "unauthorized account investigation". They will research the possibility
of such an event.

In the mean time I would also review the code of conduct and the stay safe links on the enforcement site to understand what the enforcement team based their enforcements on: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

I did that. Nothing was added to my account, or taken, so I don't think anyone hacked it. I did change my password the other day, so there's that. Also strangely when I activate a gift card it started giving me the notifications.....could it have something
to do with that???

Uh....I did. It just gave me a vague saying that inappropriate content was on my profile but it didn't give me the exact thing I did. I have literally nothing written on my profile, so I don't know. I guess it's maybe a false report or something because
I still have no clue what I did.

I didn't utter any hate speech, sexually provocative stuff, used any religious topics or any of that stuff, so...I don't know what is going on.
