Got suspended, but can't find out how or why...

Hey, I just wanted to check my emails and was greeted with a "Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action", the email tells me that I violated a Microsoft Services Agreement.
It also gives me a link, in which I can view my enforcement history. But when I click on the link, I don't find any way to view my history. I keep being sent to this: https://enforcement.xbox.com/de-de website.
Even when I found this http://enforcement.xbox.com/enforcement/showenforcementhistory it keeps sending me to the other website.
I barely play any multiplayer games, I'm more of a single-player person. That however doesn't mean I don't play any at all.
The only ones that I have played within the last week were Battlefield 2042 and Crossfire X(my brother played for like 5 minutes to test the cloud), but neither he nor I did anything bad or insulted anybody. At least not verbally or via the Xbox chat.
Is it my best option to contact the support or could someone here help me?

I have the same problem with my phone, on a different browser and a different network.
No matter where I try to log in, it refuses to log me in. None of the things have helped, I however found out that my suspension is for 24 hours.

You need to be logged in and you will see like in the screenshot I'm sharing, if you can't log in you won't see it and you need to try what I already mentioned, different browser, device and network

But that's my problem, though.
Everything I click only sends me to this: https://enforcement.xbox.com/de-de
I don't see any option to view my history, I need an option to view my history anything else keeps sending me back to that page. That page doesn't let me log in, I keep getting logged out, no option to view my history at all.
