got suspended 2nd one in 3 years

i cant put a ticket in for enforcement doesnt say active suspension nor they sent me a email saying i was suspended or anything its frustrating they cant do there job correctly for a big company you guys are slacking hard with a desk job you just sit
there send a email thats all you guys need to do seriously like getting a bann and dont even know why ? likr im pretty sure its because i put native american recently racial profiling just because im native you guys dont have the time to do a proper
job that u just ban me and tell me go to enforcement site and doesnt even tell me im banned i checked my email daily and still no email saying i was banned i want that ticket for review so i can revoke this bann immediately checked enforcement.com again

Unfortunately the enforcement site is the only place where you can view your enforcement action and submit a case review. They do not use the forums.

If you have a console ban (permanent or temporary) you would get a message on the console and there is no way to appeal those.
