got subbed to live with a card that is not linked

tried to contact microsoft support but stupid bots ask all the wrong questions!

somehow mircosoft took ultimate from a card that is not added/linked to ANY of my xbox accounts
i just want to talk to a real person to stop this as i cant cancel the subs as the card is not even LINKED to a gamertag
i checked all accounts nowhere is that card# linked! how?

Sorry to hear that.
In these situations the best option is dispute the charge with your bank and ask them for a refund.

Because it seems that someone is using your payment information without your knowledge/authorization if you're not able to see the charge in any of your Microsoft accounts / emails

To avoid this situation again, I can advice you to ask them to give you a new card and block/delete the old one

Or you can ask them to block all incoming charges from Microsoft

then if you let you sub run out then you could have applied the 12 month gold card and got the full 12 months of xbox live gold, adding a gold card to a current active GPU sub will convert, done.

My gold sub was free , opened a birthday card and voila , out fell a free xbox live sub card.............blindin.
