got ripped off!

right so i have been swindled in the past but this is something else. to start i was promised 25,000 points for referring a friend to buy an xbox one years ago, im almost positive that the friend would get like 50,000 points so i bought my wife an xbox one
and had her join the live rewards program and neither of us has seen anything since. in fact the issue has been avoided numerous times when brought up from anyone in the OLD forums. then there were countless times of rewards not being dolled out properly
when games were purchased not to mention how many times when games were pre-ordered from early but then a mission would come along and anyone who pre-ordered before this mission didn't get any credit at all for the punch card or said mission that was going
on for that week or month. overwatch pre-orders were supposed to dole out in game content and points... nothing happened there. Now this latest mission comes alone that says hey pre-order gears of war 4 and you will get 5,000 points, wait there's more! pre-order
the ultimate version of gears 4 and you will get 10,000 or 15,000 i cant remember which.....wait for it BOOM and even if you pre ordered prior to the start of the mission you will still get credit. i was so hopeful of this but alas when the time came no credits
appeared at all and i went through almost two weeks of back and fourth with ambassadors just to prove i purchased it. the final call came down and i was told i would receive credit for purchasing the game and receive the credits deserved its been about 10
days and nothing but whats worse is A NEW FORUM HAS BEEN CREATED and all my post and previous threads are washed still to this day with only promises and no substance

what do you mean by failed did it not work? (game corrupted) and two you should of re-downloaded it now you can try to contact microsoft and say what happend and they may give back the points

Then call 1800-4MY-XBOX and contact customer support, or try contacting them through Twitter @XboxSupport. Have you tried deleting the game and then redownloading it before you bought it again?
