got reported by some toxic kid mad at me so now im suspended

he was angry at me because he thought my performance in game was bad, so he decided to harass me in my messages, then he reported me and actually succeeded in getting me suspended, i didn't even speak to him until he started messaging me, he completely abused the system because i called him a [mod removed]. I tried to see if i could get rid of it but every route i took ended up with me in a chat room with a bot, talking to a real person isn't possible i guess, only option i see now is using the option to try and reduce it but im not going to, im not typing 250 words on why i got reported and suspended for someone attacking ME online

yah im pretty sure some kid in wo long got mad and reported me because he was hacking and i still [mod removed] on him. because it was a few hours after that, that i encountered this issue.

so everyone here is assuming that I replied to this persons message and that is the reason for my ban? I did none of that all I was doing was playing and after one of my games ended I got a message telling me "reported" and now I'm
suspended how is that fair at all, under the enforcement history it did not tell me I was reported for sending vulgar messages it just said suspended for "harassment and abuse" the other community ambassador I talked to was just assuming I was just another
toxic gamer and that I was the one sending messages to people. So now I'm just SOL because I happen to play against someone that got mad because he lost and reported me this is actually insane
