Got reduced warranty on new xbox one x

I purchased it brand new from microsoft authorized store

Did you purchase the console new or was it used?

(maybe already registered)

The warranty of one year is only for brand new consoles.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If the console is new you can request a call from support and do what you call a warranty dispute. Personally had to do this with one of my Xbox one X. What happens is someone purchases that console then returned it. The
first day it was purchased the warranty activated. Make sure you have the receipt of the purchase.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Check with support, because it seems to me that your console was already registered to appear only this warranty.
Did you buy used?

Don't worry and keep the purchase receipt to prove the warranty period
