Got permanent banned. Don't know why !! I haven't played for months!

I got banned in May.

Don't know why as I don't play "online" shooters or other online games. I play alone, and happy too. And hadn't played for 2 months... Got Permanent ban, with no history of suspension or other. never in the last 40 years.

My wife got Permanent ban too this month... she only plays The Sims! and also hasn't played since 5 months!!

So what's the problem ?? Microsoft is canceling XBOX accounts for fun??

I lost around 1000$ of games&DLC !!

I Made an Appeal... but, 10 minutes later, received a generic email of **** that I cheated, modified game data, used bad language, etc... a beautiful generic listing!! They even tell me that they hope to see me again after my ban!! How can they see me again with a perm ban! Very funny!!!

Cannot talk to any one... no way to chat, phone, speak... Is AI took control of Microsoft/xbox? LOL

What to do?

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

If you have been banned from Xbox, unfortunately the only way to have your case reviewed is via the case appeal system via the Enforcement website. As you have done this, which they have denied your request, then there isn't anything you can do.

... Is AI took control of Microsoft/xbox? LOL

I would also like to point out that a human reviews all complaints/reports which have been submitted to them via the community. When you submit a case appeal, a human also reviews this too.

I know this isn't the news you are wanting, but the community can't help you further with this, sadly.

You can get in touch with the enforcement team when appealing the decision, however, as your request has been denied, I’m afraid to say that nothing else can be done.

My account got permanently banned, for no reason I don't know why I got permanently banned, I haven't been on in a while. No, I haven't really done anything. So I would like to be able to have my account back so I can play some games. If he could please look at as soon as you can cause, I have no idea why I got permanently banned.
