Got Permanent Account suspension for no reason

Hello! Microsoft users! This advice is for you, and all other upcoming Microsoft-Xbox users who are thinking Microsoft ecosystem is better and respects you, provides good support service!

Anyway, so to start, actually I'm some of the first Microsoft Store user started to use in since 2015, since Windows 10 launch, not to mention it was hell lot unstable at that time and still is, I was a Microsoft fanboy, who owned many Microsoft products, from Lumias to PC-Console, when PC users chose to play games from Steam Store, I chose to "own" games on Microsoft Store even tho random frequent errors which can only be fixed with a clean Windows re-install I still stayed on Microsoft Xbox PC, became addicted with their Achievement unlocking system and iconic sound, but just a month back they banned me from Xbox Live services, stating no reason even after my appeal, and now all of my "owned" games have become invalid, can't be played online, It not just a ban from the online community, I can't even have basic services enabled like Xbox achievements, Cloud Sync.

And not to mention since I come from a non-western country, here they don't provide speaking to a customer support executive, not can I access any means to contact them, so yeah, please reconsider before taking Microsoft as your reliable gaming source.

Not blabbering nonsense,just giving you the facts.I have a perfectly good job thanks,pays very well,i just choose to volunteer some of my spare time answering people's questions & i certainly am not pimping for anyone.

Every so often though some people wont accept the facts & resort to insults.

Not shameless & certainly ain't a footsoldier for Microsoft.

It says you own it because you own a licence to play that game,you don't actually own the game.

It's exactly the same if you buy a game on disc.The disc contains the licence to play that game & that licence can be taken away at any point.Look it up if you don't believe me.

You are quite shameless, If I "own" nothing, then why it shows "owned" in the first place? Even scammers are more honest than Microsoft and their foot soldiers like you.

You didn't "own" your games in the first place.You pay for a licence to play those games & that licence can be revoked at any time within reason.

If your account gets permanently banned then you forfeit any digital content bought on that account which is something you agreed to when you started your account.

Everyone has to agree to that when they start an account.

Doesn't matter what country you are in,customer support can't help with enforcement matters.The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review.As you've done that & the decision was upheld then there's nothing you can do although it should be giving you a reason as to why you were banned.
