After digging into your account, I see that you have two Rewards Accounts set up for your email. Our email provider is reporting that it is unable to deliver to your email for your other Rewards Account. Since we are reporting a delivery failure for your
email, it is causing us to flag all accounts with that email address. If we remove this other account from our program, this should cause your account to go back to Green. Do you want us to proceed with removing this other account?
