    Hello Reward team

    Those credit you added were not right amount which I why is ask for to be corrected. Also you said you won't offer 100-1500,00 credits because you can't do that for reasons even those you did before and its incorrect amount why I'm asking. So what rewards
    credit amount can you offer to fix your error.

    We see that you completed the offer, and the Credits are pending in your account. You may have seen a brief graphical error as we processed and displayed your purchase. Please note that as stated in the FAQ, it can take up to 96 hours to process a purchase
    for Rewarding.

    and why are only 4 controller red? i pay more than 55€ for assassins creed so pls explain me ? ( i am german )

    As mentioned in your previous post (I didn't get reward credits), you were already adjusted for 5,000 then 10,000 for the
    ARV for your Reward (a free map pack for Call of Duty).

    There are no rewards given for tenure.
    M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
    you check that again for me .

    Apologies for the confusion. Since your Xbox Live Gold start date predates the data source we receive information from, that field is not properly updated on your MyRewards page, and will show a dash (-) instead of a your correct number of years as a Gold
    Member. This is a known issue that we have escalated to another team to resolve. This will not negatively impact your offers, and is a visual error.
