Got new computer - puzzle issue

It seems that you are trying to sync your Jigsaw game from your old device to your new computer. Let us help you get to the bottom of this.

To sync your Jigsaw puzzle history from your old computer with Windows 10 to your new computer with Windows 11, you can follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Microsoft account on both computers.

2. On your old computer, open Jigsaw and click on the three dots in the top right corner.

3. Select "Settings" and then click on "Sync" in the left-hand menu.

4. Click on "Sync now" to manually sync your puzzle history to the Microsoft cloud.

5. On your new computer, open Jigsaw and sign in with the same Microsoft account.

6. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Settings".

7. Click on "Sync" in the left-hand menu and then click on "Sync now" to download your puzzle history from the Microsoft cloud.

I am having a similar issue. I purchased a new pack yesterday - tokens were subtracted from account but I did not receive the new puzzles. I also don't want to redo the old puzzles in order to get enough tokens for a new pack of puzzles.

I'm having the same problem, won't unlock next puzzle no matter how many times I beat the game. Brand new computer purchased Feb 1 2015. Help!

If all of the puzzles are completed at once it's possible that it was completed on another computer or installation of Solitaire, or even on a Windows Phone previously. Then, once the user logs into Solitaire on a new machine, it transfers the achievements
over.
