Got my xbox one s back from warranty with the same problem, what to do?

I just got my Xbox One S back from warranty with the same problem E102 10010C02 8B060007 I have tried over and over to factory reset and offline
update but nothing works, the worst is that I had to pay like a 100 dollars to send the console even tho I am not out of warranty area.

What can I do, who do I need to contact to get my console working? Thnx for your help

DNS drops lower than it should.

I just got this pre owned xbox one s from gamestop and its having problems. I went to check my detailed network statistics in the network settings and it keeps saying about 6-16 mb/s download speed and under 1 mb/s upload speed. I know this isn't my internet
because I have other devices in my house and their connection is way higher than mine. Sometimes I get it back to normal but the next morning i have the same problem. I've factory reset my Xbox. Hard reset it, and also reset my internet but it just does the
same thing the next morning. I still have a warranty on it.

The same thing happened to me. I got a thermal shutdown error. I called in for repair, shipped the xbox one the same day. As above I got feedback that my xbox was on the way back same time frame and I got the news the same way by looking at my account and
seeing warranty void. I have a few scratches from traveling on the console. Some idiot labeled my xbox as tampered with which the sticker is still in tact. Why would I purchase a warranty and open my xbox thats just stupid. I'm just about done with xbox. Thanks

I'd contact support in your region and let them know what happened. Let them know you are not happy, but in a polite way and I'm sure they'll be helpful
