Got my son a new xbox series s today and it won't work.

I keep getting 2 pages.

One says something went wrong reload this page and the other shown in picture

the store won't let me purchase anything and the apps I have won't open.

Any ideas

There's been a lot of threads about this issue in the past hour and I'm getting that same error as well. I have been refreshing the server status page for the past 45 minutes and nothing has been posted yet. I believe this is an Xbox Live issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon. I won't sell it then if it's bannable. I got a new series s and if I sign in with that account, will the games appear on my new Xbox?

The game only works with the Series X|S consoles. You won't be able to play it on the Xbox One S 2TB.
