Got knocked back to lvl 11

My level was at 78 now its a level 11 I want my stats back my gt is simplejorg3 please fix

MY SON WAS PLAYING IN MULTIPLAYER SOME MODER GOT MAD AT HIM KNOCKED HIM BACK TO LVL 1 AND NOW EVERY TIME HE OPENS THE GAME IT FREEZES ANY HELP OUT THERE

 

Hosting another vog or normal friday 11am et

Hosting another vog run on normal tomorrow starting at 11 am et. Let me know if u want in looking for 5 people who have done it before. I have a saved checkpoint at the gatekeeper if it hasn't been reset due to the update. I want to get a good team so
we can do vog every week and eventually give it a go on hard mode. Im a lvl 27 titan was lvl 28 but I got several raid gear last time and got knocked back down to 26.

 

Basically, you may have used the wrong "storage device" and loaded up the wrong profile data.

Unforunatley, once you select the "save file" with your data, it gets written to the servers and once it is done, it cannot be reversed unless you have a "backup file" of the original profile stats.

I had the same problem too, but I had a backup file and was able to restore my stats to the original despite losing some of the work that was written on the wrong save file.
