    test the network and multiplayer connections     on the console? Service information being unavailable indicates there is an issue with the console connecting to Xbox Live. The multiplayer connection test will provide a more specific error message so we may
    provide the correct solution. We recommend testing the network connection first to make sure the connection to the router is established correctly. Be sure to let us know the results!
