    It all started yesterday when I was chilling and wanted to play some Bedwars (on Hypixel) with the people in lobby one since none of my friends were online at that time. And in there I saw one guy named Eden (something), and he or she said 1/2 VC (this means that they need one more person to play with and VC with), so I said sure, and I joined. But right after I joined, he/she sent me a link that led me to his Discord server (in order to let us VC), and then when I joined his/her server, I needed to verify my account. The verification thing is basically telling you to send your Minecraft account email address and MINECRAFT IN-GAME USERNAME. After I finished typing all of them, I got an email sending the verification code, and so I did. I typed the code in, but it wasn't working, so I just gave up after a few tries. So I tell him/her in-game that we can just private chat instead of joining his/her server, and they say "sure." I add him/her on Discord, and when he/she calls me, I answer, but he/she isn't speaking at all. And from there, I started to worry about whether or not this was all a scam to get my Minecraft account, and soon enough, they left, as did I. After a few hours, I can't log into my Minecraft account; it says "email address not found," so from my perspective, it seems like he or she has changed my email address. Thus, I'm kindly asking if you guys (Microsoft Support Team) can do anything about it, as this account meant a lot to me. Not only was this my first ever online gift from my parents, but I also grinded a lot for the past years.     I just got hacked about 4 days ago. They took $150 worth of MP to buy some random ***. Its making me so heated how they don't do *** about it? We are paying you so you should probably give us some type of security? This is bull shiit man

    Rumors are floating around as where the breach took place, nothing has been confirmed at this point.

    If you believe your account was hacked, contact Xbox Phone Support, and request to open an Unauthorized Access Investigation. Changing passwords will help prevent further access, however, I would not remove payment options as that info may be needed for
    the investigation.

    MS has the ability to find out where purchase requests come from, so if you are filing a false claim, to get MS points back, I would advise you don't, as they deal harshly with false reports.

    I got done last night also 10,000 MS points got purchased i noticed this quite fast and managed to cancel the payment. Xbox are trying to say its only a few users but thats total bollocks its a huge problem that they are trying to hide( just google xbox
    fifa). Oh and yes i have got good security set up i could not make it any more secure.

    DDC I think it says it god suspended for payment options. I was able to recover my account and when I called MS the told me to try and call my bank before they lock my account so I did that and hopefully things will get resolved. is their anything else I
    should do or just pray that MS takes over and fixes things themselves.

    same thing happened to me they bought FIFA gold packs I had about 12000 points on my account. called support and locked my account i was lucky I could still recover my account. I changed passwords and hopefully I will get my points back.
