Got hacked by a rambler.ru account and i dont have access to the code to change the email

I recently got hacked my a rambler.ru hacker and he changed my email and password i was able to recove the hacker account and tried to change the email to my gmail account but the hacker cancelled the order amd removed me again, i was able to recover it again, and I'm now talking with the hacked account but when i try to change my info it says i need a code but i don't have access to the rambler.ru account that hacked mine . how do i change the security info without having access to the code?

Try contacting support in that case to see what they can do, I’m just letting you know any rumbler.ru domain is a virus quickly contact them

If you can't remember your gamertag, they probably couldn't do anything as attached to it is the ip
