Got gold, not got vip rewards

Why has rewards program never recognised my gold live membership? Been gold member 10 years now according to profile, should be longer as was original live beta tester.

Issue with gold/xbox rewards

Hi guys,

Just got my rewards added to my account but i didnt get the gold reward % bonus. Also keeps saying im not gold but just confirmed with xbox support it shows active. This also doesnt allow me to join the vip section.

Please help!

Halo Anniversary Social Badge

I got the social badge but I don't remember ever getting the email? Or rewards tells me one of the reward bonuses I got is the vip social badge?

Apologies for the confusion. Since your Xbox Live Gold start date predates the data source we receive information from, that field is not properly updated on your MyRewards page, and will show a dash (-) instead of a your correct number of years as a Gold
Member. This is a known issue that we have escalated to another team to resolve. This will not negatively impact your offers, and is a visual error.

just got an email saying I unlocked a new vip reward but when I go there it shows nothing new

How are VIPs selected?

A. The selection of VIPs differs for each Xbox LIVE Rewards VIP Exclusives offer, but if you stay active and remain an Xbox LIVE Gold member, you'll increase your chances of being selected. So, stay Gold and you could be a VIP!
