Got gift card 4 xmas :) downloaded games from xbox beta blue sceen of death :(

Thx for reply. Mucho appreciated, but i must decline, trust me when i tell ya. Iam obsessed with having the cleanest gaming pc on earth. I dont search the web open emails.Dont download anything not needed for Windows games to play. No 3rd party
anything, no nvidia experience no overclocking apps no 3rd party antivirus no overlays no way no how (except for logitech) and i download that on laptop usb b4 porting on pc. Not kidding i even run Discord on my tablet. Been over a year of heavy gaming
and hrs of WVW battles pc runs perfect. Then on xmas i decided to give microsoft games a try. Soon as click on play. Instant blue scReen (note i found capital R for tablet) read up on xbox pc app issues. There kinda all over the map. The most interesting was
games not working on D drive so checked. My OS on C all my downloads already set on D drive. Must say was confused with the way they restrict location of download as in Drive only, no sub folders, programs, games,ect. I looked for game file in D drive and
couldn't find it. Confusion over, found under apps. I hardly think a 60gig game download is a app.I have all launchers on task bar. Noticed MS game launcher err app was highlighted in task bar as if its running ? when it clearly was not because my pc was still
working, 1 click on it solved the working pc issue i was not having. Dont get wrong love my XboxoneX cant wait for next top tier to come out but thinking ill give up on MS pc games for now. Thx and happy new year

It's because you're trying to use the Prepaid Microsoft cards. Many of us cannot use the $ redeemed from using those cards. Call xbox support and if you don't have a credit card and really want to buy FIFA Points, go buy a Visa gift card (preferably a reloadable
one) until they fix it. I got one for Xmas and was able to buy stuff with it.
