Got error code (0x80a4001a) fix wremove account ,sign in , all saves gone

This may mean that you're signed in under the wrong Microsoft account, Daniel. Kindly try signing in to https://account.xbox.com/profile and check if you will be able to see the correct profile. Sign in using all Microsoft account that you own.

I do understand your concern about losing game content, but the answer is no.

No, you will not lose any game saves just make sure you are connected with a good network source.

Also, if the game crashes or if you happen to stop the sync, then just restart the console or uninstall the account and re-install the profile.

In regards to the error "0x80a4001a" I have found a link for more troubleshooting steps.

I still have error code

I cant log into my account and it gives me the error code of 0x80a4001a
