    Got denied refund because i "hadn't" played it, although i did play it..


    Recently, i bought chivarly 2 because it was advertised as having crossplay. So i bought it, because i wanted to play it with a ps4 friend of mine. However, after playing a while (he was still downloading it) i realized there was no party options.. so i got furious, searched it up only to read it'll come in the future. So i submitted a refund. It got denied, because they told me i hadn't played it yet, even though i did just a few hours ago. I now can't send a new one, and i am now stuck with a game cost 40 euro that i can't even play with any of my friends. What can i do now?

    Friend, when the refund is denied it's because it doesn't fulfill the 2 items of the term, which are Less than 3 hours played and less than 14 days from the purchase.

    In this case, the refund is not accepted.

    But you can try one last possibility.

    Fill out the form with the information, and let's see if the refund team makes an exception.

    Click on "because my order does not appear" on the next screen click on "none of the alternatives" and fill in the form then

    I hope you got a refund because I am dealing with the same issue. It is terrible to play, and my refund request got denied immediately. I even called my bank because I'm so annoyed. It feels like a scam.
