No logre cancelar a tiempo y quiero cancelar y ver si me pueden reembolsar mi dinero debido a que no lo he ocupado y fue por el cobro automatico el cual pense que no tenia

In this instance, if you would like to cancel your subscription you can follow the steps outlined in our support article entitled

How to cancel your Xbox subscription or contact
customer support to see if an agent can help you with that directly.

If you are interested in anrefund, try going to this page and fill out a request at
Request
an Xbox digital product or subscription refund.
After submitting the request, you’ll be sent an email on whether or not it was approved or denied.

This followupemail you will receive is the only means to get in contact with the refund
department directly and will be the only means of you disputing the verdict as well.

Hi there,

Customer support is no longer able to provide refunds. To request a refund for your subscription please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/requestrefund. You will need the order number of the transaction and, in your case, select "Billing Error"
from the drop down list.

Please make sure to explain the reason why you would like the refund.

You will receive a response from the specialized team within 72 hours.

HI sorry about the problem I caused but when I enter to the request of a refund get me out because my account is from Mexico so I was wondering if you know how to request a refund with an my account (its because i am from mexico) THANKS FOR THE ANSWER

I am sorry for any spelling mistakes, but i have dyslexia.

I canceled my xbox gamepass subscribtion, but today it still got charged. I want my money back, beacause i canceled it last month!!!!!!!!!!
