Got charged twice for Xbox game pass for PC didn't even activate

Then that includes Game Pass for console and PC. You won't be charged twice.

I was first charged on April 18 when I first tried to pay for my due monthly subscription. It got charged on my bank but it was not updated as paid on Microsoft. Then I check again later to see they deducted it automatically but it was not confirmed as paid, that's the second charge.

Now before this reply, I tried to risk a third deduction by paying it through the Microsoft site, it got "paid" but it didn't get deducted on my account. Now it shows next payment on May 13 as it should, but I'm still double charged for April.

Kindly confirm the charges on your Microsoft account by signing into account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you received the charges from the subscription.

You may also check the status of your subscription if it's active on account.microsoft.com > services and subscription.

If both transactions are not showing up under your Order History, it may be possible that the charges came from a different Microsoft account.

Please check your other Xbox email accounts' order history. Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that your payment card is linked to their accounts.

I just had the same problem with my Fallout 4 Season pass I was charged twice but got my pass on the second try but I was still charged twice. Still no refund as I have to call them tomorrow.
