    I received an xbox card with a code on it for 12 months of gold, but the next day I was charged £40.00 for it? The card was already paid for so how do I fix this?

    Got charged for Gold with auto-renewal, but don't have access to Gold.

    I got charged last night for Gold, because I forgot to turn off auto-renewal when I bought a month for a buck. So, before forgetting again, I went on the Xbox website to cancel auto-renewal and I did. Then, I went on my Xbox to download GWG titles, but it
    says I don't have access to Gold despite being charged for it.

    I would really appreciate a refund on the credit card as I'm really tight financially.

    I tried purchasing my free xbox live gold game for the month using the games with gold link. I got charged on my credit card for the amount although it said the game was free with gold.

    oh! i see, what actually happened is when I updated to my visa debit, it took the money off that card for the Xbox Live subscription, despite my inputting a prepaid code, and there is no other funds on that account. How can I be reimbursed for this code
    or use the value of the code towards my game?
