    Got charged 78 dollars for a game which I didn't get


    I was trying to buy the game several times but all times I got an error but after a while I went to my dad's mail and I saw that he got an email saying that he paid 78 dollars to Microsoft. I tried watching my Order history and it isn't there at all, I got
    charged and didn't get the game..

    I was trying to buy the game Middle earth Shadow of War but every time I tried I got an error, after a while I checked my dad's mail and I saw that he got charged for 78 dollars but when I see my order history it isn't there at all and I can't even download
    the game either because It says that I don't own it.

    You will need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Hey there! Give this a shot and see if it helps. I had a similar issue a few months back and after I spoke with a rep about it, they sorted me out in less than 15 minutes.

    1. Have your father log into his Microsoft account via this link:
    Account Orders


    2. Scroll until you find the charge you're inquiring about

    3. Just above the charge (right under the order number) should be a link that says "Get Order Help"

    4. Click the link and follow the prompts to speak with a CSR directly about that specific charge.

    If the charge you're talking about does not appear under "Order History", your Dad will need to contact his Bank and have them get to the bottom of where the charges came from so they can be disputed.

    Update: My father ended up sending an email to the bank and two days later he got his money back.
