Got charged 215.00 and did not make purchase and Will not give refund

I need help please I got charged almost $215.00 for the same game twice. The game (games) have never been opened or anything it was within 30 days I ask for a refund and told them I did not make purchase and they will not refund and take there game back what do I do I'm at the end of my road on this. That is steeling what do I do.

No I did not purchase any the game GTA Online: Megalodon Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S) why I got charged 105.99 2 times I don't know I've been trying to get refund but nothing I've been trying to get help with this since August 27th my card was charged August 8 I understand that 15-30 days after purchase I didn't purchase this game I have never searched for this game and it's not right. The only game I ever play is call of duty nothing else and I might play call of duty 2 times a month. Can you please help me this isn't right

Hi, I can only advise. So, in advance please note that as I'm a regular user like you. I don't issue refunds or similar.

So, if nothing appears in your Microsoft account order history and if you already checked on each email address if applicable...
Sincerely in this situations the best option is dispute the charge with your bank and ask them for a refund.

Because it seems that someone is using your payment information without your knowledge/authorization

To avoid this situation again, I can advice you tl ask them to give you a new card and delete the old one as well

So, you purchased a game but you was charged twice for it. right?

If yes, both games appears in your Microsoft Account order history or only one?

You're making my point for me.

An unauthorized purchase does not qualify for a refund.

Just because the option is there doesn't change the issue. An UA purchase is fraud and no one refunds for fraud. That's why you contact your credit card company and have them dispute the charge.

Microsoft will refund purchases if they determine it was an unauthorized purchase. I had one many years ago and got it refunded.

I got refunded ($16.25) onto my microsoft account in early January listed as Arbitrary Credit/Charge. Its like they took $16.25 from my bank and made me put it on my account. At no point in January did I make any purchases or attempted purchases. My card
has been on my account for one or two years.
