    got booted of bingo and did not get my rewards


    I was playing 3 cards and I had filled up all 3 cards, after game was over I was booted off and did not receive my rewards. If Microsoft can not prevent the program from crashing then maybe they need to take down the program. This happen quite often. I am
    fustrated about this because I spend money to play.

    Ripped off

    Two games ago 12/1/16 9:58 pm, I was playing in France and blacked out 2 cards. As soon as I hit the last bingo I got booted out and did not receive any of my rewards. Can this issue be corrected, please?

    having problems connecting and usually get booted out of the gane once i start palying

    having problems connecting and I get booted out of the bingo when I am playing a game.. Also on 2 account I completed all 3 bingo cards and the game locked up and booted me out before I could claim my rewards.

    floral knot on the reward yes you do get a day 7 reward it just doesn't highlight as day 7 you'll get a mix of 5 auto bingos auto daubers they had the same problem with 8.1 before they finally got around to it

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.

    I just experienced the same problem. This needs to be fixed. We enjoy Bingo, but it is discouraging to get all Bingos and then lose the rewards because the screen is locked.
