Got billed but never got the game

i just tried to buy mass effect andromeda and i put my billing info in and got charged but when i go into the game where i had the trials and it is not letting me play without buying the game again. Someone pls help

Got Wrongfully Billed.

I just got a letter from my bank stating that I was overdrawn, when I shouldn't have. I would like my $10.79 back ASAP.

Double facturations, and no GAME PASS

"Hello, I got billed from my Game Pass bank, twice 9, 99, and I do not have access to the Game Pass that was outstanding, but I was billed TWICE."

Actually the terms of this promotion were that you would receive the email with the form to fill out for your choice of game within 1-2 weeks of purchase and then it would take 8-10 weeks for the game to be mailed to you. If you got the email with the form,
then you should be receiving the game soon. If you never got the email, then you should try posting here -
