got banned mistakenly by launching forza horizon 3

Hello dear xbox i need help, i got permanently banned on xbox for no reason i checked the enforcement website thingy and it says nudity the weird thing is i never texted anyone that or something like that, i got that when i launched a cracked version of forza horizon 3 (sorry couldnt find it on stores im on PC) i tried to do that on another acc and it got banned too it seems the crack does something that gets me banned somehow and it classify it as nudity? im not sure but i need help from a staff or a mod, my gamertag is

forza horizon 3 has been delisted due to licence expiry, other than finding an active code from a third party store you can no longer purchase the game on console or pc, playing a cracked game will lead to a perma ban anyway as you are illegally playing the game.

i really dont crack games but i couldnt find fh3 on any store so thats the only way i had

You would need to file for a case review on the enforcement site HERE if eligible.

Playing "cracked" games violates the ToU though so i wouldn't get your hopes up of getting the ban reversed.

if your GT is banned on their forums, itll be banned on their network too. I had a friend banned on Forza 3 for mking life like nude paintjobs, and he got banned on 4 and horizon too.
