Got banned from nothing???

I have had 2 live supports tell me I did not break the code of Conduct and now all of a sudden today I got a 100 DAY COMMUNICATION BAN!!! What the hell is going on?!?!?! I want this fixed NOW

False bans extremely rare on Xbox as all complaints are reviewed by a human being before action is taken but you claim to have somehow fallen victim to this multiple times? Something does not add up. Did you send vulgar language in a message to anyone?
