Got banned for putting an american flag with a skull in my profile picture

I would like to know why I got a 7 day ban for putting a picture in my profile that got looked at before it got posted and the picture was just a skull with an American Flag and I got a 7 day ban for that. Why is Microsoft dealing in politics? It's my profile I could do whatever I want to. Why do I get banned for having an american flag with a skull in my profile wrong

the picture is clear,its my profile picture... my country's flag,and i got banned permanently with no warning.

why im being treated like this?when i was loyal since xbox 360 days?,only god knows.

I got banned for a rebel flag hat and picture of someone else with nothing wrong with the picture and I get com banned for a week

I believe that you got a suspension since some people may take offense to the flag ( I personally dont) and i dont think that they ban the blm profile pictures because its not "offensive."
