Got banned for no reason! Help Microsoft!

Me and my friend were playing red dead 2 and beating up on this guy pretty bad, he eventually got mad and sent my friend a message saying have fun getting banned and called him a bot, and then my friend got booted out of the party. He then messaged me
asking if my friend had been banned yet, and i called him a weeb due to his naruto profile picture and told him to get a life. Next thing you know, i get a message from xbox live saying my account had been suspended and it is not reviewable. If this is a thing
on xbox, they seriously need to fix it. Is there anything i can do?

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home.

But I do advise you to reread the CoC as bullying is not aloud on Xbox no matter what

I'm this case you unfortunately broke the code of conduct, it doesn't matter what the other player did first. End of the day you still broke the code.

Sorry to say but the ban is for bad behavior. If a ban is not reviewable its mostly a 24 hour ban. If you run in such Player in the future, the best thing you and your friend could do, is block this person and send a complain to Microsoft. If you do so,
the Enforcement Team could take a look on the Player who try to assault you. Even if he dont get a ban, you will not become any message from that person again, cause you blocked em.

You can try submitting a case, but if you violated the code of conduct, then there's nothing you can really do.
