Got banned for no reason and cant get a case review for it?

Got banned for this “Its can be a 2v1 if you want your mate on your team he seems chill” And i cant get this appealed can anyone explain why or what i did wrong

I understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, I would like to let you know that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions. Only the enforcement team can manage and handle suspensions. I’m sorry but the reason and all details are only available on your end.

they do review the reports, if you got banned there was a reason. you can see if you are eligible for a case review on enforcement.xbox.com

You cant respond but i found in the case review ask what or why you got banned or what did i say to get banned it wont help but they will tell you exactly what you said

THEY DO NOT REVIEW REPORTS! I got banned for telling this person to and i quote
[Mod Removed- Profanity] and leave me alone” and within 3 minutes, i got banned!
